Late Mr. Sitaram Shah (Founder & Chairman Emeritus) He founded Veena Diecasters and Engineeres Pvt Ltd, In 1975. He was a Bachelor of Engineer (Electrical Engineering) from IIT-BHU and a Master of Engineering (High Voltage) from Indian Institute of Science, Banglore. He was a keen Yoga practioner , active Rotarian and a senior CII (Confederation of Indian Industry ) Member.
Mr. Vandan Shah (Chairman)
Mr. Vandan is the son of Mr. Sitaram Shah. Vandan Shah (62 Years) is a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore in 1984. He worked for Piaggio JV for Scooters in India and in Italy in 1985.
Vandan joined Sipra, Nashik in 1986, as Deputy General Manager. He was promoted as General Manager in 5 years and then Managing Director in another 3 years. Since 2024 he is Executive Chairman. Vandan Shah is based in Mumbai since 2007 at the Corporate Office of Sipra. He is a Senior member of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and an active Rotarian. Vandan is responsible for International Relationships.
Mr. M. M. Umadi (Managing Director)
Mr. M. M. Umadi (59 Years) is a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. M. M. Umadi worked in Diecasting for 17 years before joining Sipra in 2004. His strengths are in Die Manufacturing, Production and Machining. He is leading a team of 200 employees of Sipra in Nashik & Sinnar.
Mr. M. M. Umadi joined as General Manager, then become the Vice President, then Executive Director at Sipra. He has become the Managing Director Since 2024. He is an honorary Yoga teacher and is interested in reading Indian mythology.
Ms. Ekta Shah (Director)
Ms. Ekta Shah (49 Years) is a Fashion Designer. She is a Graduate from Wigan & Leigh (Indore Campus). Ekta is MBA in Human Resources from Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
Ekta Shah is active in Social Work. Her work has been recognized in the communities she works in and she has been awarded for the Social Work.
